Students near SDSU love this cafe because of its acai “split!” It truly puts the acai at the forefront, which I think other bowls miss sometimes! Check them out!

  10. Botanas Locas – Chula Vista (my local vendor!)

As a Chula Vista native, I have to shoutout my man on Palm Avenue! I go here for acai smoothies post-workout and he’s always there grinding!

Go find your local vendor and support the heck out of them! Buying local means you are helping someone pay for their kids dance lessons or college fund!

Comment if you agree or disagree, and tell me about your local vendor that the city needs to know about! Happy açaí-ing!

      1. Just the one in O.B. on Newport — O.B. Smoothie Bar & Subs. When I crave an Acai Bowl, that’s my go-to. But now I want to try the other ones!
